Apart from this this tool is useful for the public sector which is often engaged in projects of various scales. Some of these projects require sizeable outlays and commitment of an organisation’s financial resource for an extended period of time..

formatting for a single post was screwed up in IE... looked fine in Firefox. Should be fixed now though.

fixed search functionality and added archive page. need to work on formatting of navigation for more than 5 entries in the results...
